• Repair any damage and repoint all ridge capping (or convert any rust on metal roofs)

• Clean, prime and use a high quality paint system with relevant warranties

• Include Safety rail  (mandatory requirement for all works over 1.6 metres)

• Have relevant insurances (particularly Public Liability)
