Our fixed fee includes the following:

  • Initial visit, final inspection and any other visits required.
  • Detailed inspection report and photos.
  • Full support during compliance process, including all phone calls, referrals, any guidance you may require – including liaising with your repairers.
  • Obtaining your pool registration letter via the council portal (if applicable).
  • Form 23 certificate.
  • 4 yearly follow up to reach out and see if we can assist you again.

    Chris Staley has over 12 years experience in the building, construction and inspections. Chris does easy to understand, best practice pool safety inspections to ensure you are compliant with Australian Standards.

    As a Somerville based husband and wife team, we service the Peninsula, Bayside and the Greater Melbourne area and Regional Victoria.
