Very happy that we decided to go with Chris and his team. Everyone was so easy to work with and respectful of being in our house. We had 3 bathrooms, and our kitchen renovated and couldn’t be happier with the results – it is like we have a new house. We will be back to Proud Projects in 2025 to complete our house update with the laundry.

We couldn’t be happier seeking Chris and his team out for our recent home renovation (new bedroom, main bathroom, kitchen, windows/french doors and flooring throughout). From the moment we met him we knew he was the right person for the job. He took the time out to listen to ideas, offer feedback and come up with solutions to slight curly situations. Throughout the whole timeline he kept us up to date, talked through things that inevitably crop up with a renovation and gave us clear options. He surrounds himself with fantastic trades, both his team at Proud and also external trades in his network to complete various works that were needed. We especially thought the use of technology to see the schedule, invoices and progress photos was genius, it makes the whole process stress free as we are kept in the loop.

Now that it’s all over we are thrilled with the outcome of the renovation, it’s exactly what we envisaged and we love using the new spaces

At first, we thought Proud Projects only built amazing Kitchen’s, bathrooms, and decks.

My Wife, and I decided to take the risk and gave Chris a call. From the time Chris arrived at our house, he listened, was prepared, and cared about us, and our desires like they were his own.

Chris gave great recommendations, and nothing was too hard. He also finished our build on the day he said he would, even with additions added a long the way, and hiccups found like termites.

My Wife had a baby during the 6 month renovation period, so the pressure was always on the team to deliver, and they sure did.

Our bathrooms required a total rebuild including reframing the wall due to them being so far our of square.

The team is friendly yet so professional and focussed I couldn’t recommend them more for prospective clients.

They’re also flexible with design and can make changes on the fly. In short, from my experience, they just wanted to deliver our renovation as if it was their house.

Chris from Proud Projects was the last builder I called and was the first who I felt at ease with. Primarily because he listened to my ideas, showed an interest in the job and demonstrated respect. This continued at each stage of my ensuite renovation. It was the only building company who provided a break down of costs as part of their quote. This was reassuring, particularly as the cost of building has increased significantly in the past few years. Transparency was also evident especially at the contract stage; providing registration and insurance details. Communication throughout the renovation was outstanding and predominately via a building app. I had access to the building schedule and could send images, plans and messages via it too. Any urgent issues, Chris was only a phone call away. Every build has its problems that present unexpectedly. I have to say, Proud Projects were calm, methodical and practical when presenting solutions. Their subcontractors were of a similar nature.

I’m delighted with the final result and would be more than happy for Proud Projects to be involved in my next renovation.
